Crescent, Circus and Square

Because we'd already visited Bath (via the Stonehenge Tour) we didn't spend too long here - just enough to enjoy an amazing dinner, good nights sleep and see the famous architecture (Royal Crescent, Circus and Square).

On the way to Oxford we encounted the infamous British road works, although we did see some workers who looked like they might be doing something. Once we got Genny the GPS working she hasn't lead us wrong, despite my best efforts (I took some unintentional scenic routes, including one through a farmers lane).

Oxford is definitely a walking and cycling town as we discovered today - there are very few car parks so we ended up at the hotel earlier than planned. A wonderful afternoon relaxing after a few long drives and a chance to charge the batteries for the next few days.
